Judge by deeds, not by titles.

Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence and inspiration.

- Robin S. Sharma

I wrote on my blog about how I went from working in film to technical training at Per Scholas.

Now I’m in management, but the title doesn’t bother me. All that bothers me is whether or not I do good at the work I am assigned.

Titles don’t matter, but the work does.

If I think about great people, I only find them great based on the actions they took. The titles are just fun names to say.

You can have a fancy title but still feel empty inside until you do what matters: bring real value to the people around you through the work that you do every day.

ACTION POINT: Judge by deeds, not by titles.
